MERCED AREA
**7:38 AM** A traffic collision was reported on SR-99 and 16th St. in Merced.
According to officers, a White Ford lost one wheel while driving on the roadway. The driver ended up loosing control and crashing into a center divider resulting in the vehicle having front end damage. No injuries reported.
LOS BANOS AREA
7:34 AM – A vehicle collision involving four vehicles was reported on I5 and SR-152 near Los Banos.
According to officers, all the involved vehicles were blocking the roadway. Only minor injuries reported.
WINTON AREA
**5:30 PM** A report of a man and a woman in a physical altercation near a white truck was reported on Almond and Vine Ave. in Winton, according to the Merced County Sheriff’s Office.
MERCED AREA
**7:15 PM** A man was reported to be in the middle of the roadway attempting to stop in coming vehicles on Santa Fe and Beachwood.
When an officer arrived on scene, he noted a Hispanic male in his 40’s bleeding heavily due to lacerations from the face and legs. After receiving medical attention, the man mentioned a black Honda hit him and drove off heading towards Atwater on Santa Fe. The man was then transported by Riggs to Mercy Medical Center in Merced.
The man sustained non life threatening injuries. He is expected to be ok.
