On 2/17/2019 at approximately 10:04 p.m., a report of multiple gun shots were heard near the area of W. 24th street with a cross of MLK in Merced.
When officers arrived on scene, they confirmed two vehicles were struck by bullets. According to a witness, at least two people were seen running in an alleyway after an estimated five to six shots were heard.
No injuries were reported.
