Atwater PD responded to Poppy Hills Drive for a shots fired call Friday night just after 10:00 p.m.
When Atwater PD arrived they located two victims, one with a non-life threatening gunshot wound and another victim who was gazed by a bullet, police say.
One adult male was transported to a Modesto hospital.
Atwater PD and Merced County Sheriff’s deputies blocked off a portion of Poppy Hills Drive for investigative purposes.
No suspects were arrested and no other injures were reported.
The shooting remains under investigation.
