Merced PD responded for a shots fired call Sunday night on Conestoga Drive just before 10:00 p.m.
During the search in the area, officers located two victims, a 19-year-old pregnant female and 20 year-old male. Life saving measures were attempted on the female. Unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries, the male sustained life threatening injuries. He was transported to an out of area hospital for his injuries.
