Atwater PD was in pursuit of a stolen vehicle early this morning that ended in the outskirts of Winton.
Incident happened just after 2 a.m.
The suspect (female juvenile) crashed the stolen vehicle on Shaffer and Fisher Rd.
The suspect was ejected from the vehicle.
First responders attempted to attend to the suspect, but couldn’t due to live wires being down. CHP, Merced County Fire shut down parts of Shaffer near Fisher Rd until PG&E arrived.
The juvenile was eventually taken to an unknown hospital.
The juvenile is now in custody, according police.
