On December 12, 2018, a suspected thief stole a Red Dodge Ram Truck around 10:23 a.m.,on 23rd and H St. in Merced. In the video you can see the suspected thief walk around and then go into the vehicle and take off. The truck is described to have “Dirty Diesel” in white letters in the front, a red ECV sticker in the back, and Tonka Stickers on both sides of the truck.
