A suspected camera thief was caught on video in Atwater.
The incident happened on October 24th at 7:00 p.m.
The suspect is seen near the victim’s residence. The vehicle then leaves without the suspect. The suspect then walks near the side of the house where he continues to look back. Moments later one of the cameras loses signal.
The victim says this is an on-going occurrence.
The victim didn’t want the street mentioned.
