Livingston PD and Merced CHP responded to the area of Balmoral Court near Hammatt Avenue for multiple people shot.

Shooting incident happened at 7:30 p.m.

Officers located a total of three victims, 2 injured, 1 killed.

The 2 injured men were transported to Max Foster Sports Complex where they were both airlifted.

The 2 injured men are both 31, the man killed is identified as Brandon Crane, 36.

 

The motivation for the shooting is most likely gang related, according to police.
