7-ELEVEN and 76 Gas Station had their official grand opening today in Atwater.
Many eager Merced County residents flooded the official grand opening to take advantage of low gas prices, free slurpee’s, $.50 hot dogs, raffle prizes, and free samples. There was also a bounce house and face painting station.
7-ELEVEN also gave a donation to the City of Atwater that went towards Atwater PD, Atwater Fire, and Atwater High School.
Due to low gas prices, vehicles had to circle all the way around 7-ELEVEN.
Atwater PD was present just in case anything got out hand.
The new 7-ELEVEN and 76 Gas Station is located at 100 E. Bellevue Rd.
The official grand opening ends at 3:00 pm, but could go on until supplies last.
