Here are the plans for The Marketplace at Merced

The Marketplace at Merced, formerly known as the Merced Mall, was recently acquired by Ethan Conrad Properties, a real estate company based in Sacramento.

With new ownership in place, the community may be curious about the plans for the property moving forward.

According to Mona Escudero, the Marketing Coordinator for Ethan Conrad Properties, the company intends to make exterior improvements to the existing building and some interior upgrades. They will also construct two new commercial properties in the parking lot facing Olive Avenue between Chili’s and Olive Garden (picture below).

When asked about potential new tenants, Escudero stated, “We are still reviewing the information from various tenants and should have some decisions made soon.”
