A man was struck by a vehicle on N.Winton Way near Walnut Avenue in Winton.
The California Highway Patrol responded to a vehicle vs pedestrian at 7:10 p.m.
According to CHP, an elderly male was walking the pedestrian crosswalk when a White Toyota Prius, traveling north on Winton Way, struck him.
The driver of the Toyota remained on scene.
The man was transported to Castle where he was airlifted to an out of area hospital.
