DUI suspect, Russel Garcia, is accused of fleeing from the scene of an injury crash in Merced. Officers were able to track down Garcia due to his license plate being left on scene near G and 25th Streets. He was pulling into his driveway when officers located him. The 51-year-old showed signs of intoxication, according to police. A field sobriety test was conducted, he eventualy failed, and was booked into the Merced County jail.
