The official grand opening of Blaker Brewing’s “Tarmac” kicked off today. The grand opening brought crowds of people throughout the day to the Tarmac, a taproom. The grand opening had live music, wing eating contest, games, giveaways, beer, and of course two different food trucks.

 

 

 

The second event will be Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The second event celebrating their grand opening will have a beer pong contest, pie eating contest, live music, and two different food trucks.

“Anyone could come to the Tarmac,” said Keaton Williams, president of the company. Keaton told Merced Daily customers can even bring their dog as long as their on a leash.

The Tarmac is open on Thursday-Friday (2pm-11pm), and Saturdays from 12pm-11pm. The Tarmac’s could open on Sundays the more the taproom becomes popular, according to Keaton.

The Tarmac is located at 1930 Airdrome Entry at Castle.
