Merced County Sheriff Deputies responded to Gerard Avenue and Center Street for a shooting at 10:52 p.m.
According to Merced County Sheriff Deputy Alexandra Britton, two male juveniles sustained gunshot wounds and were med-flighted to an out-of-area hospital.
Both juveniles are alive, but the severity of their gunshot wounds is unknown.
Deputies blocked off the area to investigate after the shooting.
Detectives are still investigating the incident.
