Two people arrested after stolen vehicle recovery in Merced

On March 10, 2019, at around 4:00 p.m., a Merced PD officer spotted a stolen black Honda on G Street that was reported to be stolen out of Merced.

The officer was able to pull over the stolen vehicle near Mercy Avenue.

Shortly after, more Merced PD units arrived on the scene to assist. The two suspects complied with the officers’ commands an advised they were both on probation.

Both suspects were then taken into custody.
