On Thursday morning, Zane-It, a downtown Merced business, was broken into.
Vandals broke the front glass door around 3:50 a.m.
The glass door was broken first causing the alarm to go off. The alarm company determined nothing was broken into, disarming the alarm, according to the owner, Zane Fierro. The vandals then came back a few hours later, stealing an undisclosed amount of items from the store.

Zane-It is offering 10% of socks and 40% off makeup until Saturday. All proceeds go towards a new door.
