ATWATER AREA
**10:55 AM** A minor propane eruption was reported at the Walmart Parking lot in Atwater near the Garden Center. No injuries were reported.
WINTON AREA
**12:04 PM** A report of a small vegetation fire on Almond and Vine Ave. near a canal was reported. According to first responders, the vegetation fire was quickly contained.
SANTA NELLA AREA
**1:07 PM** A report of a male subject coming out of his vehicle and assaulting a homeless panhandler was reported near Pea Soup Andersen’s in the Santa Nella area.
