At around 12:00 p.m., a suspected thief stole a blower from a landscaper on Walnut Avenue and Grape Avenue in Winton.
According to the witness, that called in the theft, the vehicle pictured was going back and fourth multiple times. The driver (suspect’s vehicle) then pulled over across the street. The passenger then came out the vehicle and stole one blower from the back of the landscapers work truck.
The witness then was able to get a few photos of the vehicle before it drove off.
The only description the witness was able to provide was the passenger was a caucasian male.
The witness then quickly called 911 and also informed the landscapers who were unaware what happened, due to both landscapers working on their clients yard.
A Sheriff Deputy then quickly arrived shortly after and took a report.
The good news is the witness was able to get a picture of the suspects license plate.
