At approximately 11:40 p.m., a shooting incident was reported in Atwater. The victim was reported to be between First Street and Bellevue Road near Bobbi’s Liquor.
According to first responders, one man in his mid 40’s, was assaulted by a group of individuals and shot in the right foot. The victim was then transported by Riggs to a hospital.
