At approximately 3:08 p.m., Merced PD responded to a stabbing to the face on Main St/18th. in Merced.
According to officers on scene, the victim has multiple stab wounds to the head region. The suspect was last seen wearing an orange sweater/jacket. The suspect is also described to possibly have the letter “B” on his neck
According to the witnesses, the suspect took off on foot.
