At approximately 11:56 a.m., Atwater PD responded to a call for a suspected “creeper” Jorge Ponce Dominguez.
The call was made from concerned citizens giving their alleged encounters with Jorge.
Atwater PD searched the area, and located Jorge on Third Street near the Atwater Chamber of Commerce building.
When the Atwater PD found Jorge they instructed him to sit down and told him several business owners do not want him around due to his alleged actions.
Atwater PD instructed Jorge to leave the area.
