According to the Atwater Police Department, these two women were captured on surveillance cameras entering the Atwater Famous Footwear store this afternoon and approaching the counter to return a pair of shoes purchased at a Fresno Famous Footwear store this morning. A few minutes later, they are captured on camera stealing six pairs of various brand athletic shoes and then leaving the store, making no effort to pay for the merchandise.
