On Tuesday at approximately 1:11 PM., a suspected porch pirate stole a package on First St. in Atwater.
As shown in the video you can see one male subject pacing for a few seconds, and quickly taking the package.
According to the victim, the package was for her two sons who are currently in the Military. The items that were in the package were Gfuel and a pair of phone chargers.
