The Governor of California announced 19 counties must close restaurants, wineries, movie theaters/family entertainment, zoos, museums, bars, and cardrooms. Unfortunately, Merced County is on that list.
Atwater, however, declared itself a “sanctuary city for businesses” back on May 15, 2020. If you have a State license in Atwater, you must follow state guidelines. A non state license in Atwater is protected.
