Table 59, an American-Italian restaurant, will open at 3360 N. Highway 59 in Merced.
The owner, Adrian Covabrrubias, is a former waiter at Covas, which his parents owned. His father, Reyes Cortez, will be the executive chef at Table 59. Cortez told Merced Daily he only wanted to continue to support his son.

Food prices will range from $11-$24, according to Covabrrubias.
Table 59 will be open seven days a week.
The grand opening will be on November 3rd.
Hours of operation will be from: Monday-Thursday (11am-9pm), Friday-Saturday (11am-9:30pm), Sunday (11am-8pm).
