The City of Livingston is accepting applications and permits for cannabis businesses all year round; all cannabis businesses will be in consideration.
As of October 2, 2018, the City of Livingston has only received two cannabis business applications. Businesses involved in indoor cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, testing and micro business are invited to apply for the cannabis permit.
No retail sites are allowed in the City.
There is also no numerical limit on the cannabis businesses allowed currently in the City of Livingston.
The citizens of Livingston passed prop 64 with a percentage of 52% in 2016.
