The popular Michael Myers themed house display will not be going up this year, according to Ben and Emily Auer.

The Halloween couple is expecting to have their first child in December.

In the last two years, the viewing and walkthrough were free to the public.

The Myers house was such an attraction, an individual traveled all the way from Arizona just to view it in person, Ben Auer said.

Last year, the Auer’s were able to donate 30% of donations to the Merced County Animal Shelter, according to Ben Auer.

The Auer’s are planning to have the Michael Myers house display up in 2023.

However, despite their popular attraction not being up in 2022, the Auer’s will have a small Halloween alternative, a display of 22 pumpkins with some fog on the weekends of October. You can even listen to some Halloween ambiance outside their house when you tune into 103.5 fm.
