New food truck opens at Castle

Serrano Mexican Grill, a new taco truck, is now open at the Blaker Brewing Tarmac parking lot in Atwater.

Owner Yamil Jimenez, 49, have six children, two of his children, operate and manage his truck in Atwater. Yamil also owns a successful taco truck in Delhi.

At Serrano Mexican Grill, besides the original menu, you are able to customize and choose what you would like in your burritos and burrito bowls, Yamil says. Some fresh aquas frescas are also available at his food truck

Serrano Mexican Grill is located at 1930 Airdrome Entry, Atwater.

Hours of operation:

Monday-Wednesday- 10am-9pm

Thursday- 10am-11pm

Friday-Saturday- 10am-11pm

Closed only on Sundays
