Just after 9:00 a.m., Cal-Fire and the Atwater PD were dispatched to the Save Mart parking lot for a fully engulfed Volkswagen in Atwater.
The fire was quickly contained shortly after fire crews arrived. The vehicle is identified as a yellow Volkswagen.
Mechanical issue seem to be the problem to what caused the fire.
No injuries reported.
