Atwater PD responded to the intersection of Broadway Avenue and Shaffer Rd for a traffic collision.
Incident happened at 1:04 p.m.
A red truck crashed into a white van after failing to stop at a stop sign, police say.
The force of the impact caused the white van to go through a chain link fence at a nearby business.
Only two people were taken to Mercy Hospital for minor injuries.
The traffic collision remains under investigation.
