At around 2:27 p.m., a three vehicle collision involving a Toyota, Dodge Caravan, and a Green Honda was reported on Highway 59, and Buena Vista in Merced.
When first responders arrived on the scene, they noted the traffic collision resulted in a partial lane blockage.
Merced PD then set up a temporary traffic break for parts of Highway 59/ Buena Vista.
The traffic collision resulted in the Toyota having a significant amount of damage to the back end; the green Honda with front axle damage, and the Dodge Caravan – which wasn’t reported to have any significant amount damage.
Highway 59/Buena Vista re-opened around 3:07 p.m.
No injuries reported.
