A new four-story Holiday Inn Express & Suites will be constructed on Bell Drive near Arco in Atwater.
According to the owner, who lives in the City of Atwater, the new hotel will have 83 rooms, a gym, and a few meeting rooms.
The company plans to hire at least 20 to 25 people.
The owner estimates construction will break-ground in 2025.
