**3:39 PM** Merced PD responded to a report of a transient with no pants on in front of  Catholic Charity Services who refused to leave on Main St. in Merced.

**4:30 PM** First responders responded to Yosemite Parkway and 21st St. near Family Dollar for a woman who was laying in the middle of the roadway.

According to the woman, she was walking in the roadway when she tripped on the Center Median.

The fall did cause her to have  rib and shoulder injuries, according to paramedics.


4:35 p.m., A juvenile was reported to have pointed a gun at one subject on W. Olive Ave in Merced. The juvenile was last seen in a vehicle heading towards the Merced Mall.

5:14 p.m., A report of a vehicle vs pedestrian was reported on Parsons and Childs Ave. in Merced. Air ambulance was cancelled. Only minor injuries reported.

4:58 p.m., CHP responded to Santa Fe in Winton for a red vehicle that went into some barbed wire fencing. According to a witness, the driver was seen getting into another vehicle and leaving the scene.
