The Atwater City Planning Commission has approved the development to construct a new Dutch Bros Coffee near the intersection of Bellevue Road and Linden Street in Atwater.
The new Dutch Bros will be 949 square feet with a drive-thru.
There is no time frame for construction or opening date due to plans being in the early stages of development.
