Fire crews responded to the 2100 block of Lobo Avenue for structure fire at 9:50 p.m.
When fire crews arrived about 50% of the structure was engulfed, according to Cal Fire Battalion Chief Robert Ayuso.
All occupants escaped from the house when fire crews arrived, but three people were displaced after the fire.
No injuries were reported.
The fire remains under investigation.
