Blaker Brewing will soon be opening in Atwater.
A former gas station is now being remolded to a modern-day taproom.
Blaker Brewing opened their first Brewery and taproom in 2018 in Ceres.
“We saw a really good opportunity with all the redevelopment here, we want to be a part of it,” said Tyler Lucas, chief marketing officer for the company. “The Atwater location will only be a taproom not a brewery. No beer will be made at the Atwater location. We will have 12 tap handles (All Blaker Brewing beer) with a wide variety of events like live music and comedy shows.
Blaker Brewing will also have a variety of food trucks at their Atwater location. “This will be a family friendly business, dogs are welcome too,” said Tyler.
Blaker Brewing also plans to do a lot of cool events, “We like to have a beer fest and music festivals in the circular flag court, we believe we can bring in a few thousand people to this area,” said Tyler.
The hiring process for their Atwater location has already begun.
