A suspect of a robbery incident was taken into custody in Merced.
Incident occurred at 4:53 P.M.
Merced PD responded to the area of E.13th Street and G Street for a robbery incident involving a juvenile suspected of stealing a 12-pack of beer. The juvenile was allegedly armed with a knife at the time.
Merced PD quickly responded and detained several juveniles within the area, including the suspect.
The suspect with the knife was taken into custody.
No injuries reported.
