Merced Police received a call for a man who attempted to kiss a woman.
The first female victim said Rodriguez, 29, was pepper sprayed after allegedly making lewd comments and advancing towards her on Loughborough Drive in Merced. The female victim said she was scared due to Rodriguez advancing toward her, according to police. After Rodriguez was pepper sprayed, he allegedly threatened to harm the victim.
Merced Police would find a second victim who said Rodriguez allegedly grabbed her and attempted to kiss her. Officers located Rodriguez shortly after, he matched the description of the suspect, according to police.
Rodriguez is also accused of grabbing a woman by the waist at Target when she bent over, she screamed, causing Rodriguez to flee the store. The victim did not come forward to police. The incident was only reported by Target.
Rodriguez mentioned an additional incident but would not provide all the details.
