On 1/14/2019, 29-year old Jorge Ponce Dominguez was arrested in Atwater for public intoxication of alcohol.
Jorge is no stranger to law enforcement, he was arrested more than 36 times since 2013 and his longest sentence was only 180 days, according to Merced County jail records.
But the main reason why Jorge is called a suspected “creeper” is for the several allegations from women that surround him. Some of these allegations include: Peeping through windows, waiting for women outside their homes, asking random women for sex, and even inappropriate touching.
His alleged antics have been so bad, his name was even brought up at the Atwater City Council meeting.
He is known to lurk around Drakeley, Cedar, Broadway, and Atwater Boulevard.
Jorge was released early this morning.
