Jasvir Singh, 31, from Livingston was arrested for stealing various tools from a house. He was caught on camera and the victim recognized him as a person who frequented the neighbor’s house.
Investigating officers found most of the stolen property at the neighbor’s house and returned them to the owner.
His bail is currently $100,000.00
