On 8/27/2018, a report of a male subject attempting to open a door of a residence thats not his was reported at the Orchards at New Castle Apartments on Castle Drive in Livingston.
According to the occupant of the residence, a hispanic male came and rang the door bell twice and was attempting to open the door.
The witness also informed dispatcher that the same male was in the area for about an hour, and was going up to all the doors.
The suspect is described as a hispanic male wearing a black tank top, shorts, and a black hat.
