On March 24, 2019, at around 5:00 a.m., two theft suspects were caught on camera, attempting to open several doors in the area of Hillcrest Street, Wathen Street, and Spalding Avenue in Atwater.
Unfortunately, these two suspects were able to get into at least three vehicles in the area.
