Dos Palos High School is located at 1701 E. Blossom St. Dos Palos High School has gone through two Merced County Department of Environmental Health Inspections since 2017.

Most recently on 9-21-2018 with a report of  “Good” (Total Points: 6.00)


Inspectors comments, “BLACK GE MICROWAVE: Unit is rated for household use only. Remove or replace all non commercially rated equipment. All new and replacement food-related and utensil-related equipment shall be certified or classified for sanitation by an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited certification program / approved for commercial use. 

 

 

Inspectors comments, “Facility is currently selling only prepackaged, non-potentially hazardous food. When selling non-prepackaged food (Example: hot dogs, nachos, hamburgers, etc.), provide sanitizer for washing dishes (Wash, Rinse, Sanitize), sanitizer testing strips for measuring the sanitizer concentration, a food safety manager certificate, and food handler cards for everyone else who handles open food but does not have a food safety manager certificate. “If you are continuing to sell the non-prepackaged Red Vines candy, provide tongs for grabbing the candy, sanitizer for washing the tongs, and sanitizer testing strips for measuring the sanitizer concentration.
