Atwater will see a new business coming to the Applegate Shopping Center.
The new business, Bath & Body Works, will move into the former Payless building at 1106 Commerce Avenue.
While some Bath & Body Works stores are closing, 26 new locations will open, Atwater will be one of those new locations to open.
The nearest Bath & Body Works is located inside the Merced Mall, which is still temporarily closed.
This will be the third business coming to Applegate Shopping Center: Rapid Xpress, Dominos (inside Walmart), and Bath & Body Works.
Atwater’s Bath & Body Works is expected to open near the holiday season of 2020.
