At approximately 10:23 a.m., a report of a big rig on its side was reported on I-5 and 152 in the Los Banos.
When officers arrived on scene, they noted they needed a traffic closure, due to the big rig blocking traffic. Two people and a puppy were reported to be out the big rig when first responders arrived on scene.
Only minor injuries reported.
