Several months ago, an idea to bring back Livingston PD trading cards were mentioned between Livingston PD and City Officials.
At the most recent Livingston City Council meeting, Livingston’s Police Chief Ruben Chavez and Officer Jeff Godfrey presented the first uncut sheet to Livingston Mayor Gurpral Samra who gained support of the idea.
Gurpral Samra told Merced Daily “The officers will carry their own trading cards with them and hand them out when there interacting with the youth.”
The first uncut sheet will now be displayed in the Livingston City Hall lobby.
There are 12 trading cards in all.
