Mix Bakery opened its doors on October 16, 2018. Since it’s opening, it has received positive feedback from Merced County residents.
Co-owner Cindee Prader, has always done decorating on the side and use to own a Bakery at the Galeria in Merced, but closed that location. Shortly after, Cindee Prader and Jon Prader opened up new bakery on 16th Street.
Mix Bakery specializes in custom cakes but also sells fresh cupcakes, cookies, brownies, mini cheesecakes, and chocolate strawberries (and more)
Cindee’s daughter, Farren tells Merced Daily, “We have a night baker who bakes through out the night until morning, We have fresh desserts made daily.”
Mix Bakery is open from 9am to 6:00pm, Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 2:00 pm on Saturday.
Mix Bakery is located at 1110 W. 16th St. in Merced.
