The Livingston City Council recently approved a conditional use permit, site plan, and design review application for a Dutch Bros Coffee to be constructed on the north side of Joseph Gallo Court, east of Winton Parkway.
According to Livingston’s Contract City Planner Miguel Galvez, Dutch Bros Coffee plans to construct a 950 square foot building that is expected to be operational in 2024.
The coffee shop is moving towards being open 24 hours a day.
