Earlier this morning, a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed was caught on camera.
The video shows a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed at the intersection of Bellevue and 7th Street in Atwater. Little did the driver know, an Atwater PD patrol vehicle was stopped at a red light on 7th Street. Soon after the driver passed the intersection, an Atwater PD patrol vehicle appears to turn on their sirens and was enroute to the vehicle.
