At approximately 8:41 a.m., a Jeep Commander was reported to have crashed into some ground solar panels on E.Mission Avenue/ Santa Fe in Planada.
According to CalFire, one person had to stay inside the vehicle for safety precautions. Once the power was shut off the subject came out the vehicle and was transported to a local hospital suffering only minor injuries.
Drugs or alcohol is believed to be a factor in this incident,
